There will be 32 teams participating in the finals.  The group stage is divided into eight groups by drawing lots. FIFA first divides the participating teams into four levels. The first level is the seeded team, including the host country and the seven highest-scoring teams. The score is based on an equation in which FIFA World Rankings and recent World Cup results account for a certain proportion. For calculate, each team has a national team from the first to fourth levels.Each team will play 3 group matches. In the final round of each group, two matches between the four teams will start at the same time to ensure fairness. The top two teams in the group stage enter the knockout round. If the points are the same, the goal difference is calculated first, then the number of goals, and finally the relationship between the two teams’ match-ups is calculated. If the winner is still not divided, the red and yellow card discipline statistics will be adopted in 2018, and the winner will advance.
